The recommended size of the photo is between 1500-3000px.

One click action.
Open Photoshop and open the Actions panel, if you can not see it by default on the right side of the Photoshop interface, click on “Window Actions” to display it.
In the Actions window, click the coner icon at the top right to display a drop-down menu, then click “Load Actions …”. Locate the “Glass Glow.atn” in your file system.
“Glass Glow.atn” will now appear in the Actions panel.
How to use the action
Open the photo you want to apply the action to.
Make sure the photo layer is locked and set to “Background”. The newly opened photos are set to “Background” and are locked as default. If the open photo is not, set it by clicking on “Layer New Layer Background”.
Create a new layer at the top of the “background layer” called “brush”. All letters must be in lower case for the action to work correctly.
Select the “brush” layer, then choose the areas of the image that you want the effect to apply.
For the final step, expand the “Glass Glow” game inside the Actions panel and click on the play button.
