yCal is a calendar application to help keep the overview of the whole year. It has a view of the year “column months” only, in addition to the more conventional views week, offers spacious dialing options and taking notes, and central management of holidays and birthdays.
yCal has been designed from scratch to make better desktop calendar. His view of one year gives you the perfect vision in a split second. The days can be marked in different colors and styles to provide more information on an image (for example, to display vacation days, travel times, etc.) and a schedule of plain paper. The full year may be displayed next to the week view, which gives you a finer granular access to individual events.
Everything is optimized to provide access to powerful features with an overload of minimal user interface. For example, simply press the space view of the year to quickly view the details of a selected day. Or just start typing to add a note. Swipe left or right to scroll through years and weeks.
yCal integrates seamlessly with the calendars configured in OS X, there is no proprietary data store. Use your existing data from local calendars, CalDAV, iCloud servers or elsewhere without having to import or copy. All changes will be synced to all your servers and devices using Apple iCal or Calendar application.
